Heating season 2026-2027
The heating season in Talas began on 15 October 2026. District heating is supplied by the municipal enterprise Talas Jylu Tarmaktary (Talas Heat Networks) from its boiler houses.
Cold radiators?
- Check that the valves in your flat are open and bleed the radiators.
- Ask your neighbours: if the whole entrance is cold, call the hotline 1-50 (24 h) with the address and block number.
- The repair crew comes within 24 hours. Requests are given a number; keep it.
Standards
At least +18 °C in living rooms, +20 °C in corner rooms, from 06:00 to 23:00. Hot water from 6:00 to 23:00 where the block is connected to hot water.

Bills come with the Talas Suu water bill. Pay at any post office, at Talasbank or with Tulpar Pay. Pensioners living alone get a 30% heating discount on application to the social department (room 210).
